Using a series of questions and an exercise, this session is designed to cause you to be free to manifest a great relationship, be true to yourself and your dreams, and have the opportunity to express fulfillment.

“Deepening the Connection with Self to Connect Better with Others”

This session looks at how we can better love ourselves and get in touch with our inner gifts and compassion to allow ourselves to be infused with love and radiate it outward to others. Using a series of meditation, exercises, and break-out sessions, we will examine our self-connection and how our love language relates to others.
